Hotel Policy

Check-In Time, Check-Out Time, and Late Arrivals

  • Check-in time is after 4:00 pm
    • If you plan to arrive before 4:00 pm, you may park in our parking lot (based on availability). We will be more than happy to store your luggage, and tell you about our favorite places to have lunch or visit
    • If you plan to arrive after 9:00 pm, please call us at 707-255-1197 so that we may coordinate your check-in with our overnight manager
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am

Deposit and Fees

  • A deposit of one night's room rate, plus tax and service charge, is required to secure a reservation
  • Fourteen days prior to your arrival, non-refundable prepayment for the remaining nights of your stay is required and will be charged to the credit card on file
  • All room rates are subject to a 14.195% local state tax plus a 12% service fee (inclusive of all taxes) per evening
  • Our services include: gourmet daily breakfast for two including a made-to-order hot entrée delivered to your guestroom, fresh pastries and French-pressed coffee; all staff gratuities; guest passes to Synergy Wellness and Fitness Center (up to two passes per room per night); WiFi access in your guestroom and throughout the property; on-site parking, DVD "rentals" from our extensive library; bottled water and soft drinks; evening cordial bar with premium ports; and nightly Magic Hour wine and cheese reception

Cancellation, Changes & Early Departure Policy

  • Cancellations made outside of thirty-one days of arrival date will receive a full refund of their initial deposit
  • Cancellations made within 30 to 14 days of your arrival date will be refunded the original deposit, minus a $100 processing fee
  • Any cancellations thereafter will forfeit payment for the entire stay
  • Reservation changes made prior to 14 days of arrival are subject to a $50 fee
  • Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your arrival
  • Early departures will be charged the full amount of the original reservation

Guest Identification Required

  • Guests will be required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation as well as the credit card used to pay for the guestroom
  • If someone other than the guest on the reservation will be paying the folio charges, a credit card authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in

Hotel Safes

  • Each guestroom offers a secure safe for guest use

Smoke-Free Inns

  • All Four Sisters Inns locations are 100% smoke-free
  • If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night added to your folio

Dog Policy

  • Although we love pets, we do not allow dogs on property or in any guestrooms at Milliken Creek Inn & Spa
  • If a dog is admitted to a guestroom, a $250 deep cleaning fee will be added to your folio
  • A service animal, as acknowledged by the Americans with Disabilities Act, is welcome to accompany their owner while staying at Milliken Creek Inn & Spa

Additional Guests

  • Milliken Creek Inn & Spa seeks to provide a romantic and quiet atmosphere for guests looking to relax and renew
  • Each guestroom accommodates only two individuals
  • Should three people attempt to check into one room, we will not be able to accommodate the party and we will assist with finding alternate accommodations
  • The entire deposit (full stay amount) will be forfeited

Children at Milliken Creek Inn and Spa

  • If one of the two individuals traveling is under 18, please speak with a front desk agent prior to booking in order to reserve a room that is suitable
  • Only one of our guestrooms can accommodate more than two people
  • If this is not scheduled in advance we will likely be unable to accommodate the stay and will assist with finding alternate accommodations for the party
  • The entire deposit will be forfeited


Our fully accessible guestroom is currently under renovation. We have one guestroom that meets the requirements for guests with hearing impairments. Please contact the inn for additional information.
