Holiday Candlelight Tour — Dec 2010 (annual) Napa ValleyThe Holiday Candlelight Tour takes visitors around Napa, San Francisco, to explore historic homes that are lit up for Christmas. Knowledgeable guides help provide a memorable experience, while carollers and food vendors along the route supply warm treats.
Merryvale — Daily MerryvaleMerryvale was the first winery to be built in the Napa Valley after the repeal of Prohibition. It is now open to visitors, who can enjoy a taste of the award-winning classic, reserve and prestige wines, explore the vines or host their own event for up to 120 people in the spectacular Cask Room. It also hosts weekend events that aim to expand visitors' knowledge and enjoyment of wine. Please check the website for further information.
ZD Wines — Daily ZD WinesThe ZD Winery in California's famous Napa Valley area is a fully functioning winery that invites visitors for tours and tastings in beautiful surroundings. As well as the tastings, ZD also runs seminars on cheese and wine pairing (by appointment only).
Flora Springs Winery — Daily Flora Springs WineryEstablished in 1978, Flora Springs is located among the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley. It is possible to see the whole wine-making process here as the Komes family run regular tours and tastings that explain everything from the slant of the ground upon which the vines are planted to the particulars of the fermenting process.
