Frequently Asked Spa Questions
Whether it is your first time receiving a spa treatment or you virtually live
in your local spa, you will find that our therapists and estheticians are highly
trained professionals who all have a nurturing and gifted touch. Our staff welcomes
your feedback anytime during your session so that you may have the highest quality
experience during your visit at our Spa.
spa hours Open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
reservations To reserve an appointment, please contact the
spa at ext. 205. If you wish to make an appointment before 9 a.m. or after 5
p.m. please dial ext. 201. Due to the limited availability we highly recommend
that you schedule your treatments in advance.
check-in Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first spa
appointment. This will allow you time to change into your robe, and to enjoy
our peaceful lounge and a refreshing beverage by the fireplace. You may also
wish to browse our boutique which offers a special array of natural body care
products and gifts. To preserve the Spa’s tranquil environment, we request
that all cell phones and pagers be turned off. The Spa and boutique are entirely
non-smoking environments.
spa amenities We will offer you a robe, sandals, private locker,
towels and amenities. Guests may also wear their in-room robes when walking
to and from the Spa, and we recommend you leave your jewelry in your room and
remember to bring your key with you.
cancellations We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations
cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are billed at full rate. If you
wish to reschedule your appointment, please note that a rescheduling fee may
apply.
gratuities Are not included in our fees and may be given at
your discretion.
